Online Nutrition Workshop: The Importance of Immune Support

As the days of self-quarantine, social distancing, and coronavirus headlines continue to become our new normal, it is easy to feel uncertain about our well-being and what lies ahead.

Collectively, we are walking a new path. For some, this transition can be a challenge. For many, there may be confusion about where to start when making changes in order to protect your health or to recover from illness. 

Join me via Zoom for a 1 hour class focusing on how to support our immune systems with food and lifestyle choices during this time, and beyond. Learn which foods can heal and protect you, and which foods can cause harm. Discover ways you can reduce toxicity, release stress, and create an optimal environment for vibrant health.

Once you’re signed up, you will receive a link for Zoom video conferencing and instructions on how to join in on the day of the event. If you are not able to make it for the live class, you can still sign up. This class will be recorded and sent to all who have registered.
